Keeping your customers up-to-date with the latest version of 3CX is the smart thing to do.
Your customers are more secure, enjoy new features and can continue to work without any disruptions.
Ensure your clients are on v18 U2 as soon as possible.
Here is a timeline of events which will affect customers on unsupported versions:

Feb 28: Deprecation of activation endpoint (activation.3cx.com)
Customers must run on v18 (or may use v16 U8a until November 2022)
Mar 31: Removal of Video Conferencing Platform for v16 and below
Apr 30: Removal of Mobile Apps for v16 and below
Jun 30: Removal of Dialer Browser Extension for v16 & v18
(Click2Call Browser Extension will remain available for v18 customers)
Nov 30: v16 becomes EOL and can no longer be re-activated
